This mid-century interior design belongs to a loft designed by Poteet Architects, the interior design is quite soft on the floor but it has a sense of industrial style with exposed ceiling beams and ventilation. This relaxing and comfortable interior is a great example of black and white interior design with some colorful accents, it has dark floor, black stair, white walls and colorful pillows for the sofa. The interior also features wood table for the dining set, creating a natural looking interior, while at the same time, the glossy panels above the fireplace are creating a sense of modernist.

The loft has a beautiful small upper level that is visible from the main floor via its glass railing with black metal frames. It also has a handsome bedroom that is finished in grey, a great and warmth color complement to the white wall and the wood flooring. Overall, this modern loft interior design is warmth, calm and inviting. Interior Designer: San Antonio, Texas-based  Poteet Architects.
