Modern Small House Design with Limited Construction Budget in Czech Republic

This modern house is located in Czech Republic and was designed by A1 Architects. The simple form suits its modest budget, but the design is not all that simple. With the pastoral view around, it was important to engage with the view, this house was designed with an outdoor entertaining area.

The shape of this small house is simple with the gabled roof, but the grey color and the wood accent show its contemporary flair. Inside, the interior as a whole is warmth and inviting, especially in the living and the dining room.

The ambiance comes from the color combination of white, black and grey. Also, the wood flooring and the exposed timber for the ceiling exude natural ambiance for the overall interior design.
