This house is located in Kudelstaart, Netherlands and is built for an art-collector couple, the Dutch architect Paul de Ruiter built the house with stylish glass cladding first floor to suit the couple’s taste. This cladding is not only for aesthetic purpose but it has a purpose to capture the views of the nearby Lake Westeinderplas as well. This volume is topped by a volume of wood that houses the art collection. In this volume, there are windows which can be closed completely that also open to the lake views, interestingly, these windows are the opening for an indoor terrace separated by glass with the rest of the interior where most of the art collections are stored and decorated this house’s modern interior.
