Modern Oceanfront Rental Villa in Punta Mita, Mexico – Casa El Destino

If you have a plan to let say, have a short vacation at the end of this year, a modern rental villa located in Punta Mita, the “Casa El Destino” could be a handsome destination. With Pacific Ocean view to the front and Sierra Madre Mountains for the background view from its location in the most northern point of Banderas Bay, or across Banderas Bay to Puerto Vallarta, this rental villa should be very relaxing. Here what you could get if you spend a few days there.

It is a relatively new villa built in 2008 by Possenbacher, the interior design was done by Barbara Page Interiors. It has 18.000 sq ft floor areas, not including the wonderful outdoor area with infinity pool, wet bar, outdoor dining area, ocean views, breezes and all the “mind pampering features.”

It has beautiful circular pool decorated with plants and flowers. It also has a wonderful large gazebo covered by traditional roof that looks and feels natural and relaxing. Actually, the interior design as a whole is natural, warmth and inviting too.

Anything you may find there is enchanting like the original wooden “headboard” for a bed, the purple decoration, the beautiful yet unusual ceiling for a bedroom, the curved design and even the blue curves in the kitchen and dining room. Punta Mita has pleasant climate in this winter (75 degree) although the cost for renting this modern villa is quite high, about $7,600-$11,000 per night but it has 7 bedrooms with 9 bathrooms, enough for your family.

Ubud Hanging Gardens Hotel Bali with Multilevel Suspended Infinity Pools in the Gardens of Forest

Bali, a small island in Indonesia is known for its tropical paradise, beautiful landscape and wonderful culture (that influences almost all Balinese life). From town to town and village to village, we could see that Balinese tradition is a strong influence in Balinese peoples’ life and architecture. Like this “Ubud Hanging Gardens Hotel” in Bali, its traditional roof is a fine example of Balinese traditional architecture, while its interior as a whole also is in traditional Balinese style although it is a real modern interior. But, the most amazing feature there (to encourage you to leave the snow and lush and come to this tropical paradise) is the multilevel infinity pools that are cantilevered above Ubud traditional rice fields.

To encourage you more, the hotel itself (as a whole) is suspended above the rice fields, high enough so you could enjoy the tree crowns next to the pool or viewing the Pura Penataran Dalem Segara temple in the distance, among the forest.

So, whether it is on the lounger area, in the traditional gazebo or in one of the numerous pools you would feel an intimacy with nature, something that is fresh, relaxing and…hot! Because there’s no winter in Bali. And, if you are ready for a vacation in Bali, we think you should check out this wonderful Ubud Hanging Gardens Hotel first.
