With the amazing location and small site of only 209-sq meters, an open design is just fit very well for this house since it gives two advantages, first is enable it to capture the view while the second will give a sense of spaciousness for the house. The house’s design is fully closed from the street but the design is still interesting and inviting thanks to the two simple gray walls and a beautiful small garden. This house is one of many contemporary homes with rooftop area. This design particularly helps providing another space to provide entertainment area for the owner. Despite its small size, this house has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This house is located at Playa La Isla in Peru and was designed by Juan Carlos Doblado.
