Modern style and latest trends in home design are implemented into the house’s architecture. To mention them one by one; the site is quiet small so the designer managed to maximize the available space with space efficient cubical design and efficient room arrangement while still maintaining the entertainment function of the house. The practical approach to cope the challenges is including designing the living room close to the kitchen. Another visible approach is the rooftop area for additional entertaining space. The rooftop area is accessible from the main level. There is a private terrace specifically built for the owner that is accessible only from the master bedroom.
