SmartPlayhouse – Creative Play Space for Children and Great Backyard Decoration Inspired by Architecture by David Lamolla

Architecture, once again, has gave art, function, meaning, and value to a space, but now in much, much smaller scale, much more playful or far less “serious.” Inspired by contemporary architecture, this SmartPlayhouse is the answer for architect David Lamolla Kristiansen, to deliver a modern play space, comfortable and safe for your daughter. The four version of the playhouse, Kyoto, Casaforum (the one with maple leafs), Hobikken (the one with brown color), Illinois, are unique spaces that promote creativity.

Their designs are somewhere between a real architecture and LEGO. Kyoto version, (the white one with sculptural ultra modern façade) was inspired by Japanese architecture Mikimoto while the Illinois version (the white one with glass walls and deck) is the reminiscent of the Farnsworth House by Mies, the SmartPlayhouse gives children the opportunity to experience modern architecture with its own scale.

The playhouse can be assembled rapidly in 30 minutes to 5 hours depending on type, it requires a little experience in “DIY” and one other person to help you. You can also stacked the playhouse if you want, just like the one shown on one of the pictures. SmartPlayhouse. Via
