This house is located in the woods with majestic views of the surrounding. The architects of CCY Architects in collaboration with B+G Design built the house to blend and to feel the nature. The house is built with concrete, blackened steel, glass and Swiss Pearl resin-based exterior cladding. The modern sculptural exterior is complemented with dark furniture for outdoor entertainment areas. Inside, the dark interior is not cold, in fact the atmosphere is warmth and inviting, partly due to its rich decoration instead of minimalist style. This ‘Magnifico Residence’ has multiple outdoor areas and spacious spaces thank to its large 7,500-sq feet areas. -Via.
