Modern Vacation House Design with Open Design in South Africa

With only one owner but with guests who come time to time, and, the intention to make it able to capture views, breezes, and lights in its location that is close to a beach, the design of the house should be an open space that could transform into various other private rooms and beds. Living inside this house should be anything like subtle journey through the interior spaces, inviting all those sea and mountain views and preventing the house from being revealed at a glance.  Reflecting the view of the area, one transparent courtyard connects the rooms while another one that is inside the bedroom becomes the part of the bathroom.

The use of natural materials and neutral response is intended to value the natural environment, through the lush landscape contrast with the "blank canvas" interior. The final concept design was developed in this constant expansion and opening of the interiors to suit the climate of the city with the seasons.
