Brick House Architecture Goes Ultra-Modern - The Split Level House by Qb Design

This house is located in Philadelphia in Northern Liberties region and was designed by Qb Design, a Philadelphia-based design studio. Just as other houses in this neighborhood, this house is built with brick, but the difference is this house comes with more modern design. The rounded gray façade looks as if it’s following the road as the house is located on the corner. In the inside, the interior is done in brighter color. White walls dominate the interior together with bleached and blackened oak. The neutral color of the interior makes the house looks very modern combined with the light color of extensive wood accents like the flooring and stairs. Polished steel frames and modern furniture are really making the house warmth in contemporary style. This 3.800-sq feet house has many small windows which provide ample natural lights to the interior. The most beautiful feature of the house could be the rooftop area/rooftop garden patio that provides an outdoor relaxation space since this space is offering the beautiful street and city views. The beautiful wooden stairs look so light thanks to their slim design and black accents
