Architects at Allied Works Architecture together with Don Tankersley Construction and Studio J has built this house, The Macleay View House with the grey and brown façade that when those colors are combined with the high profile design of the house, the result is a very impressive house. To be precise, this impressive and elegance façade is built high above the street and is supported by the ground level volume which is made of concrete, creating a strong contrast. This contrast is further enhanced with the present of the stone decoration / border which is built following the main entrance stair. The contrast of colors, texture and materials do make the house looks so dramatic from the street. This house is located in Portland, Oregon.
