This house is located 30km (18 miles) away from Buenos Aires on a site that has commanding view on a beautiful lake. The house is built on 20x50 meters area and has an unordinary feature, a black color for the upper level exterior and the front part of the house and almost all-white color for the interior. With stunning views of the lake like that, it is obvious to place the living room and bedrooms close to the view and the public area like kitchen and dining room adjacent to other side. There is a beautiful pool with special design that will make it reflects the incoming light to the interiors, a beautiful feature indeed. This house is built for a young couple and was designed by Andres Remy Arquitectos.
