This villa has been built since 1930’s and this old building has been renovated by HSH architekti. The architects have managed to maintain the original structures but created a new look. The new features of the villa including a new flat roof instead of the traditional pitched one. The villa is also painted with neutral color with some vibrant colors for decorating purpose. The interior design and decoration are simple and clean, the brown wood flooring gives a warmth atmosphere and does look elegant. The furniture is also simple, there’s no fancy furniture which can be seen on the pictures but the entire design of the interior is inviting, we don’t know how this simple design works but for us, the design is quite beautiful.
