The best aspect from this beautiful prefab in our opinion is even though this prefab seems have been built from modular prefab but the size is just about a shipping container size so the building can be made of the shipping container box. This house is designed with two prefab at the first floor and two prefab above them, stacked crosswise, (dubbed the name crossbox) creating a unique and contemporary form. The modular prefab was then painted black for the first floor and combination of green and brighter green with beautiful pattern for the top floor. The vacant spaces above the first level feature grasses and small vegetations. The result is stunning, this house is something to look at when you pass it by for the first time. Even though the house design is not an open design like many other modern house designs with extensive use of glass, this prefab is an absolutely modern home. For the interior, to give the warmth and homey feel, this prefab is using wooden floor along with minimalist and contemporary furniture.
